Reclaim Your Voice · Redefine Your Power · Rewrite Your Story

I’m Richa Joshi — The Unmuting Guide & Mentor.

I help women of colour and changemakers break free from silence, unlearn cultural conditioning, and lead their lives with unapologetic truth and purpose.

You were never too much — just taught to be less.

Welcome to Unmuting You, a space for women ready to step out of survival and into self-sovereignty.

If you’ve ever been told to stay quiet, play small, or fit in — I see you.

As a migrant woman of colour, I’ve lived that story too.

Through my work as "The Unmuting Guide & Mentor", I help women reconnect to identity, release inherited silence, and rebuild confidence from the inside out — so your voice becomes your power, not your burden.

Unmuting isn’t about speaking louder — it’s about speaking truer.

My approach blends storytelling, self-leadership, and identity work.

Together, we uncover beliefs that silence you and transform them into clarity, confidence, and courage.

You’ll learn to:

Reclaim your authentic voice

Build emotional resilience and confidence

Lead with purpose and cultural integrity

Align who you are with how you show up

Your wings were never lost — just folded.

Your story deserves to be heard — starting now.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

If you’re seeking clarity, courage or connection, this is your space to reclaim your truth.

In the spirit of unity and respect, I acknowledge and pay my heartfelt respect to the traditional custodians of Whadjak country, the Noongar people.

I stand on this ancient land with deep appreciation for their enduring connection to country, culture, and community.

As we gather and work together, may we honor the wisdom of the Noongar elders, past, present, and emerging, and strive to nurture a harmonious relationship with the land, its stories, and its people.
