Namaste & G’day — I’m Richa.

The Unmuting Guide & Mentor for women of colour and changemakers ready to lead from truth, not fear.

I grew up across three countries, learning to be grateful, quiet, and “good.”

But gratitude without boundaries becomes guilt — and silence becomes a cage.

Through unlearning, study, and lived experience, I found my purpose in helping other women unmute — not by rejecting their roots but by rewriting how those roots hold them.

Beyond the Coaching Room

My work doesn’t end with coaching conversations — it extends into storytelling, dialogue, and thought leadership that challenge how we see identity, belonging, and purpose.

I’ve been featured on several podcasts and platforms that explore these intersections of culture, voice, and leadership.

Intersections & Inclusion - The Conversation we need to Have

Evidence shows that the more intersections that form part of a person’s identity, the more likely they are to be marginalised and excluded. However, most Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategies focus on only a handful of possible identities and address them in silos.

In this episode, the wonderful Richa Joshi and I discuss the importance of taking an intersectional approach to DEI, with a focus on race, colour, and body size!

Richa Joshi — The Unmuting Guide & Mentor

Helping women of colour reclaim voice, purpose & presence through identity, courage and truth.

In the spirit of unity and respect, I acknowledge and pay my heartfelt respect to the traditional custodians of Whadjak country, the Noongar people.

I stand on this ancient land with deep appreciation for their enduring connection to country, culture, and community.

As we gather and work together, may we honor the wisdom of the Noongar elders, past, present, and emerging, and strive to nurture a harmonious relationship with the land, its stories, and its people.
